American Disability Act Empathy Training

When your team takes this journey through a grocery store, they will see the obstacles we sometimes forget to look out for when it comes to ADA Empathy.

Using our 3D Immersive Environment, your team will “experience” what it’s like to be handicapped and will also be surprised at other “handicap’s” we don’t even consider.

You’ll see how to work towards being an unforgettable person by providing communication skills, tips on making an impact, and going beyond to provide great customer service to all and complying with ADA regulations.

This workshop is to assist in improving your comfort and effectiveness when interacting with individuals with disabilities. It is designed to convey effective communication with people with disabilities. It’s not about a set of rules to memorize.

It’s an attitude based on empathy, an authentic desire to connect with the person as a fellow human being. Sympathy implies we recognize someone else’s suffering, while empathy implies we can relate to the difficulties they face.

Sexual Harassment

Take a journey with us through an office environment to learn how Sexual harassment is a form of sex discrimination that violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  Our Sexual harassment webinar consist of two one hour trainings.  The first training is for all individual contributors (employees) and management, while the second training is for your management team.

Your team will walk away with a new awareness of the types of conduct that can be sexual harassment and learn strategies to prevent them from occurring.

Our training is done using 3D Immersive Environment where we actually walk through an office and warehouse with scenarios your team can visually see, while having a deep dive conversation during the training.  For example, one of our scenarios goes as follows: A supervisor is attracted to a subordinate and believes the feelings are mutual. How would you handle this situation? This conversation is one of several we will be exploring during the course of the training.
