We are so happy to have Sandra on our team! 

 I met Sandra back in 2011, while I was working for Moodlerooms. I was flown out to Cleveland to meet and train her. She was the lead of the supkf-sqport team that Moodlerooms had brought on to handle level 1 client support. There were a lot of ups and downs in that situation, but Sandra rose to every task that was given to her.  If she didn’t know it, she found the solution.    Sandra Sampsell, is truly a technical support natural. As a self-described tinkerer, she has been working in the eLearning Higher Education field for more than 6 years. In that time, she has supported LMSs and webinars for instructors, students, and other attendees. This has included: Wimba, Adobe Connect, Webex, GotoMeeting, Big Blue Button, and Eliminate. She is very knowledgeable with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and has worked with many including Moodle, Blackboard, Angel, Sakai, WebCT, Canvas, and eRacer. Previous to her arrival at Fortech Solutions, she managed a helpdesk team of 8 Tier II eLearning support agents, assisting instructors, course developers, and faculty support. Sandra’s specialty is offering insightful eLearning customer support, and assisting students with their online courses from afar, including: browser issues, software updates, and/or other related issues users may have with online courses.
